Hey Jason and Stacey,
I just wanted to email you guys to give you an update about how things are going. Kang’s has been wonderful. Mr. Kim, my boss, met me when I got off the bus and helped move me into my new apartment. My school has gone to great lengths to get my paper work and health stuff taken care of. They pay on time and have a pretty well managed work place. My coworkers have also been quite helpful when I have had questions about the job. I love the city of Guri. Its not quite in the hustle of Seoul, but with the subway only ten minutes away on foot, I’m never far from Seoul. Kang’s also has another campus that I partied with last friday. They were all cool as well. Mr. Kim took out the whole school for Samgupsa(Sp?) and Soju. From what I’ve gathered, he does this for his teachers from time to time. Thank you so much for all your help placing me here. I have met up with a friend from college who has been working near Songnae station for six monthes now. She has a little better apartment(I like mine though) she doesn’t know whether or not she will have a job in a month. I don’t have that fear with Kang’s. Just to let you know, the two other foriegn teachers will be leaving in December and January. Mr. Kim has mentioned off hand that he looking for more to replace them. If you wanted to use this email for someon looking for a job, you are more than welcome. Thank you again.
Sincerely,
Andrew Massey
