*A little bit about me...

Greetings!

I first went to Korea in the summer of 2001 to visit my childhood friend Jason Cresswell. Never planning on staying more than a few months, I was surprised how much I missed it upon returning home. With Jason’s help, I returned to Korea and worked alongside him as a teacher for a few years.
Studying acting in university, I was keen on saving some money and heading back to North America to pursue my career, never imagining that a career was waiting for me in Korea.

Getting involved in the local theatre scene in Seoul, I ended up leaving my teaching position and spending another 6 years in Korea making a dozen prime time television shows and a handful of films, including the biggest grossing Korean film of all time “The Host”. (Hit the link to view trailer and some scenes.)
My work gave me the opportunity to see the world, shooting films in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Cambodia and Vietnam.

The experience I attained, the adventures I undertook and the growth that I went through would not have happened if it weren’t for Jason at ASK Now.

Whatever gut feeling brought you to ASK Now, listen to it. It may take you on a wonderful adventure you never dreamed of, changing your life forever.

Sincerely,
David Joseph Anselmo
